If its the old style head bolts they can be reused several times like arp bolts, but if your engine is a 10 bolt head then they are stretch bolts and need changed every time you undo them. Your year of Disco could be on a changeover period so you need to check which bolts you have.. I would not chan...

Vitesse box in p6 speedo inaccurate

Looking for a solution for vittese box in p6.
Speedo reading 30, I'm doing more like 45 mph..
Is there a quick change of drive size or do I need to get speedo out gor modifications?

Yes, it was a longshot...if you had childs hands and 4 mirrors etc. So ive pulled the box and its tricky enough to do even with two hands free and unobstructed.....access It's all good info...I know now why holes get cut in bell housing.... Time to upgrade to LOF clutch , new ring gear, test box oil...

Lt77 clutch fork off

Has anyone managed to get a clutch fork re-engaged...after disturbing its postion...slipper pads have come off release bearing carrier....
Trying to rack my brain to avoid box removal.
