Dave,
here http://www.mgcars.org.uk/v8_conversions ... rdisc.html
shows you how to do it yourself but I've never heard of a kit.
Alternatively a reasonable number of Jag IRS conversions have been done and come with discs as standard.
Cheers,
Ian

...just in case you don't want another RV8 (koff koff) there's a good description of an '93-'95 3rd gen RX-7 / Chevy LT-1 V-8 conversion here. http://members.tripod.com/~grannys/3rdgenrx7chevyv8.html All the parts can come from Granny's Speed Shop. Might give you some ideas    Chee...

I would have bought a a car with a good chassis or have started the re-build with a new chassis. I would not have said let's go to RHD because that meant new pedals and pedal box, new steering column and a a rack instead of a steering box. I might have not gone the 5 speed box route had I realised t...

Gav, two suggestions. (1) Take the balance weights off both pulleys and go to your nearest engineering dynamic balancer (Yellow Pages) and find out if both pulleys are generally neutrally balanced. If so shift your balance weights on to your serp pulley and it won't be 'too' far out. If they're diff...

Aran,
if you look on Mez's site at
http://www.mez.co.uk/ms1.html
you'll see a 4-barrel throttle body that keeps the 'Holley' look.

Ian

If you're going to run more than 6,500 rpm regularly then aftermarket forged rods will be something less to worry about. If in doubt uprate everything. Good info here http://www.hotrod.com/techarticles/choosing_th...
