Hunt for a range rover clutch plate??? heeeelp!

Hi folks, here's my prob: I have a euro WC T5 with bellhousing to suite my ford 302. Also a Sachs 10 inch clutch cover and bearing. What I'm missing is a range/land rover V8 friction plate. As most will know some will fit a T5 input shaft as it has the correct 23 splines. So, I need a 10 inch clutch...

LATEST UPDATE

I've ordered some high-pressure fuel line, a red top facet pump, afilter king regulator and a new 1.6 capri spec  fuel sender. In the next week I'll be replacing the sender, mounting the pump in the boot, routing the fuel lines through the middle of the car and mounting the filter king (It'll h...

Not sure mate but I'm aware that US and UK T5's have a different input shaft and need a special release bearing machined up, so I assume GM T5's will be different again,
cheers,
Tom

thing is the ford part number from real steel is the same as for one of mine, the starter has to be on the 'wrong side anyhow, plus the clutch linkage has to go through the wrong side (machined hole) whichever one i use so i can retain the carpi clutch cable. reckon i'll go for what i have already, ...

Real steel T5 bellhousings

In the Real Steel catalog I noticed they list a Bellhousing to mate US 302 block to euro WC T5 box. Thing is in the small print it says 'modification needed to fit'. I have 2 such US T5 bellhousings at home and from the pics the real steel item looks identical to mine (which needs re-drilled). I tak...

Okay, so the car is still powered by a 2.8 cologne with 38 dgas, ported heads, leccy ignition etc and type 9 box. Hope this is okay  . Although the engine isn't fitted yet I felt the forum will be most useful at this point while I'm figuring out the conundrum of joining a euro WC T5 to a us b...
