Just do it. Big fat reliable stable spark. Exactly what you need. Will start better, will run better will handle the NOS better.

the lucas ECUs when old are nasty. However there are enough people have converted to one of the open source ECU designs such that there are maps and guides readily available, so the only excuse not to go that way is if you really love carbs or have a total aversion to wiring.

The racelogic box is very very good, but a little pricey. Launch control is pretty easy to setup, as is flatshift, but useful traction control is a lot more difficult.

As Chris says, megajolt+EDIS8 is the business. The EDIS module is completely waterproof and will give you a bit fat spark even when the engine bay is underwater.

James: The youtube link that I posted first off shows the build and initial dyno tune. Stevie: I know the numbers were being kept secret cos of some competition, but I think are now available. The flywheel figure I was told was just shy of 900. Now of course that could be 25% ontop of the wheel figu...

Although that link earlier of the 5.3 with an MP70 turbocharger. I dont think is possible that combo would ever make 900. The turbo is too small. More like 7-750 at most. And the cars track times reflect about 6-650bhp IMO from the videos I could find on Youtube.. I can find out exact numbers and t...

Don't buy that. It's been a while since I did fluid mechanics (actually 20 years), but I think you are talking about the equations for a small body, not a large one?

Happy to be proved wrong.

drag increases to the cube of velocity. so assuming you were at max power at 150, then to get to 200 requires 2.4 times as much. now wild guess that you had 200HP to begin with, you would need 480HP to reach your target speed. Now look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PX4NODH4uEM that's a cheap as ...

£69! you was ripped off.

Oh I also do sensors on sale or return for you to test. If the orignal sensor if fine, then all you pay is postage to return it to me.

This any good? For low profile it would need the base machining. also needs a few bolts to plug the nitrous feeds.

Have a few so happy to haggle

I have some 4bbl bodies in stock that you can either use as TBI or bung up the inject ports.

2.5 bar sensors (the standard onces) are good for 21PSI boost. £10, not £1 sadly.

If you want a kit I do have them in stock

well the real problem is that the petrol curve will be suboptimal to start with, so even if you recurve the dizzy you are unlikely to have what you need for best performance. For example, the very high octane rating of LPG means that you don't need to retard ignition for knock prevention, but the sl...

Neither, as neither will be able to adjust the spark when you are running LPG. You would be far better to go for a different ECU.
