3.5 v8 supercharge options
Good day all. I have a mgb gt with stock V8 and a 4 barell holley carb. I have given some consideration to a supercharger. I think the Low compression standard 150hp 3.5 would do well with a boost. I have seen a few on line but would like some advice from anyone who's stuck a charger on a similar en...

Re: Hello from 🇭🇷 Croatia
I found the Twin SU set up on both my triumph and MG very restrictive. And having to play around with the choke was simply annoying. I installed triple 40 webbers. Wow. Tirn the key, no choke and off she goes. Great. 4 barel Holly on the V8. Again a simple tug of the choke and starts effortlessly. I...

I am Murray. I'm from Scotland, I'm 53 and live in a small Town called Trogir, near Split, on the Croatian coast. I've been here for 21 years. I have 4 cars, all classics. But the V8 is the go to regular driver. An oh how well it drives. My MGBGT v8 is an Automatic. You can thank Dr.Mirriam Stoppard...

Hello from 🇭🇷 Croatia
Hi guys. Murray Arnold here. I'm from Scotland and have lived in Croatia for 21 years. I love classic cars and back in 2012 I bought my first V8. A 73 mgbgt from Mercury motorsports near Kirkcaldy in Scotland. My wife and I drove it from Scotland to Croatia via the French riviera, Venice and down th...

holley 390 cfm 4 barell carb
Good day.
I have a 3.5 V8 MGB. Its running the standard twin SU set-up. I have just purchased a Holley carb and inlet manifold for it. Second hand. But there is no air filter with it. Can someone recommend a filter for it that will clear the MGB bonnet.
Thanks for any pointers.
