I forgot to ask what the pressure was at high revs. I agree it's a bit much. Might put 10w40 in instead of 20w50? It's a serp engine.

New sender and oil this weekend.

Don't expect massive oil pressure. The RV8 works at low pressure high flow. Using 10/40, I don't even get 30 psi at town speeds with hot oil. Yeah, I know to only expect around 15psi at tick over. Just driven home from work -- no option because there aint no bus -- and sat in traffic for 10 minutes...

Also, is the oil pressure light on a different switch, because that's fine. Switches off as soon as it fires.
