Power steering pump fitting issues

Hi all. I have just had fitted a RV8 from a P5B fitted into my MK2 Triumph 2500. The cross member and anti roll bar had to be removed as the power steering pump is now in the way. When you look from the front of the engine the pump is on your right, NSF. Is it possible to fit the pump nearer to the ...

Hi all. Does anyone know if the V8 short nose water pump nose and shaft can somehow be made shorter? Or is there a nose or pump readily available? Thanx

Short OIl Filter

Hi, Quick update. The Mann filter that is supposed to be the equivelant to the Halfrauds one is the W920/11. The filter is at least 1/2" longer than the Halfrauds one. That makes a bit of a difference so I will stick to the Halfrauds one.

oil filter

Mine is a p5b 10/5/1 engine too. Thread size is 13/16 or m20. The filter I have suggested is perfect. The full size filter will not fit as the cross member is in the way. I have stag mountings welded onto chassis.

oil filter

I have just had the same issue on my Triumph 2500 with rover V8. The best one to go for is Halfords HOF 318. Its much shorter for better fitment in tight spaces and is also wider than the original so holds roughly the same volume of oil. I gave the part number to Europarts and ordered another 3 made...

Short OIl Filter

Hi all. Can anyone tell me what oil filter is the shortest that will fit a P5B engine? I have done an engine conversion on my Triumph 2500 and need a shorter oil filter without having to fit a remote oil kit. Cheers

Rover V8 transplant

Hi. all. Can anyone throw some names my way of a reputable garage who would be capable of fitting a 3.5 V8 into my Triumph 2500 in the West Yorkshire area. I already have one in mind but it would be good to get a few quotes. Also, can anyone recommend anyone who can make all the brake pipes as close...
