does anybody know if a mk3 windscreen rubber fits a mk 1

i use the cable to hydraulic conversion and have had no probs at all, hi new to this have fitted a rover v8 and lt77 box to sierra just sorting clutch out done hydraulic conversion with the cable to hydraulic the engine runs fine but its been in car 8 months before i got clutch sorted does any one ...

can anybody help me.3.5 rover engine going into my mk1 3000e next month hopefully but dont know the best way to do the gearbox . can i use an adaptor plate for my 3ltr 4 speed or do i have to use an sd1 manual box any help please thanks
