Compression is good, we did a compression test when the valve burned out to find out why & where it was mis-firing in the first place. Aye I have both vents from the rocker covers being piped back into the air intake. However I am a bit hesitant about piping the rear vent in aswell due to the amount of oil that pisses out of it which I wouldn't imagine would be much use getting into the combustion chambers? Couldn't believe it, got my blower and replacement carb (Holley 600 cfm) all fitted and connected at last. Turned the key, engine turned over twice and fired up perfectly.
