Camshaft identification

Hi, I need to identify 2 camshafts. Those 2 were found in 4.6 blocks and i believe they are not standard. One is marked CWC 18 with some red paint on the casting. http://www.heberger-image.fr/images/41042_IMG_6726.jpg.html http://www.heberger-image.fr/images/29331_IMG_6727.jpg.html http://www.heberg...

96mm bore headgasket

Hello,

I'm looking for a headgasket to fit a 5.0 supercharged Rover V8.

It is a JE Engineering Range Rover P38.

The engine has 96mm forged pistons.

I only find standard for 94mm pistons.

JE Engineering P38 S560 - some questions

Hi,

A friend of mine bought a JE Engineering P38 and i have some questions.

I need to do full service on that car.

What kind of oil should we use?

JE recommends Castrol Magnatec.

Today i can only find 5W40 or 5w50, not sure it's a great idea in a old engine.

Thanks for your help.

I've readen both :

-a UK specialist advise 8mm for any V8 range rover
-a french specialist says all his +6.0 liters US trucks and even V12 bimmers run 6mm

Do you think 6mm copper is enough for a 4.6?

Hi,

I swapped a front end kit BRC Sequent 56 to replace my single point Landi Renzo.

Landi Renzo used 6mm copper but BRC uses 8 mm.

I used a diameter converter but i have some LPG cuts when i demand power.

Do you think i should replace all my lines to 8mm?

Thanks
