Chilli, suspicion at the moment is that its not enough air rather than too much fuel, so we could reduce the fuelling to meet the air available (I think) but then we wouldn't be getting the maximum achievable power (feel free to correct me if I'm talking tosh ) A restriction in air could well reduc...

Hi all, engine is RV8 5 litre (TVR Chimaera), V8Dev build and includes bespoke cam, ACT triple throttle bodies, Megasquirt fuel & ignition running coil packs and high flow injectors. Hi dnb, should get the car back middle of next week... will post the RR results up once done, probably in a couple of weeks time :D 350 was the target figure but a few of the mods are recent additions on top of the original build spec, so who knows ? not going to guess, tbh if she's got a solid 350 ...

Hi dnb, yep I'm expecting a good bit more than 320, will be putting her on the RR sometime after I've run her in, will post the results up.

ps: same RR I had her on before so should make for a good comparison.

Hi Al, Would this be the car I remember from my younger days called the Invader ? Alot of people won't agree with me on this but my personal opinion is that such a car should be preserved in original spec....ish...
