Yes thinking about it your right Stevie. It may not transfer heaters well but assuming the radiator isn't maxed out the temps should stay the same. Even if it does go up though it doesn't matter since the boiling point is much higher so long as your not in the damage metal heat range.

Its a common system on bike cooling systems. The caps release both ways, one under pressure and the other under vacuum. There is also a double seal so the coolant goes via the pipe rather than out the neck of the radiator and cap.

Seen this stuff a while ago but never knew anyone who used it. It seems like a great idea and puts zero stress on the cooling system. Have you noticed any difference good or bad on its actual ability to cool?

Nice, is this manual control or automated via speed or something like that? I take it you aren't noticing any handling problems at high speed down the straights?

That type of radiator has the header tank built into it and should never be filled to the bottom of the cap or what Chris has said will happen. The system you have created is always going to be a pain to bleed but it is doable with a bit of patience, faffing about and a bleed screw in the top hose. ...

Doesnt matter what box you go for your still going to need a flywheel, clutch and all that and an LT77 is about as cheap as it gets box wise. Everything else unless you get a lucky find goes up from there.

It's the cookies. That store what you have read and all that so it's usually the first place to look when you get problems like this.

For those having problems try clearing your Internet history and cookies then see if your still having the issue. I am not having any problems so I think it's unlikely to be a forum fault.

Can't comment of the torque sequence but if it was me I wouldn't be using copper ease. Its meant for stopping hot things from getting sized and isn't a very good lubricant. Use either molly grease or even just plain engine oil.
