RV8 - 3.9 cam in a 3.5 - worth doing?
I am attempting to buy a Rover V8 car, more on this if the deal goes through, and a chap I know has a brand new factory 3.9 cam for £cheap. I have read in the past that a 3.9 cam in a 3.5 makes like 15 BHP or somesuch without any loss of drivability. Is this true? If so I think I'll blag the cam as ...

$2500??????? Jesus. Thats more expensive than AFR heads (shame they dont do rover heads!) and prob more expensive than those tasty looking wildcat heads I looked at Wildcat heads for another project some years ago and at the time they were about £2700 per pair, plus VAT if my memory serves me right...
