I removed the air filter last night and started her again from cold, hey presto started perfectlt with revs dropping to normal within a couple of seconds...

Air filter was totally choked...

Would this have caused my symptoms?

Hi All, New member having just purchased a Landy 90 with a 3.5 efi, year of vehicle is 89 though I'm guessing the motor is a few years younger. Engine runs sweet and smooth with no problems at all except this..... On starting from stone cold the fast idle takes an age to drop to normal tickover....?...
