ok ive been on all day now with it and still no further on ive had the sump off, put a new oil pipe gasket on, even took the rockers off and blew an airline down the oil holes, i could hear the oil bubbling in the sump and it was turning the pump. here is a daft idea ive used a 4.6 timing cover gask...

no oil pressure
no oil pressure at all, used priming tool but its picking up nothing, checked the relief valve and its free, packed the oil pump with vaseline nothing, so i changed the oil filter housing and packed the pump again and nothing could it be as simple as a knackered oil pick up gasket.i have an sd1 sump...

any body ran a nos system without a purge valve? is it a bugger to bleed the nos through with out one ? how liong does the nos take to come through once youve nailed it
