all looks great under the covers....

but i think i will clean up and relace with new parts anyway as i work for a garage and get a great discount on the parts i need.

think this is going to be a fun project.

curently fitted with the original running 2.3 slant 4, but i have the engine ready to fit, just waiting to get a gearbox.

hahahahaha..... the engine was removed from a running car, and sounds as sweet as a nut.

i know that i need a fan and alt, but is there anything plainly obvious that is missing????

what can i say, the wheelbarrow is a classic.

now... i have seen in some pics that alot of you have prostreeted your rear ends (your cars).

how would i go about doing this to my Vauxhall Victor FE estate??????

and what would i need to get it done???

well work has started on the engine..... all alloy parts to be polished and lots of chrome parts bought....... also bought a cfm600 Holley. all i need now is a manifold for the holley and a manual SD1 box and i will be able to get my hands dirty. oh, by the way.... this is what i will be fittin the ...

hello. newby here... i have a 1972 Vauxhall Victor estate 2.3, and i have just bought a rover SD1 3.5 engine. i would like some help to get me started on my engine swap. what i would like to know is what i will need to do this conversion, i.e do i have to change rear axel, prop, gearbox, ect ect... ...
