You should continue fitting the Megajolt, then. It certainly will help spark strength and control for you.

It's the old setup I had on my carb'd Land Rover, ran very well. The egajolt wiring is already fitted into the SD1, and I had it briefly running on the carbs before taking them off to fit the efi. I need to make a new coilpack mounting bracket, new ignition leads and some clever wiring to retain the rev counter and efi trigger. I have a selection of diodes and stuff I bought specially to do the job, but not sat down and tried soldering them together yet!
