Where to buy an inline radiator cap for top hose?????

Any ideas where i can buy an inline radiator cap for my top hose, i have seen one fitted to V8cortina 's cracking conversion, see

Real Steel and probably others do Moroso ones, with various in/out tube dia's. Not sure of price vs the NFA ones though
