need help on how to make or plans on engine mounts on a landrover v8 defender engine into a series3 1971 landrover YES it is a new chassis

Probably too late, but when I did mine, I specified that I wanted Range Rover engine mounts on the chassis, then just fitted the engine & box with standard Range Rover mounts throughout.

Otherwise all you can do is to put the engine mounts on with rubbers, then sit the engine where you want it (on wood / bricks / whatever) and fabricate some brackets to suit.....
