Great looking Moggy but a bit of a Bitza
The front grill and lights and wings are from 1949 - 1950
The Front window puts it newer than 1963 and the rear winfow newer than 1964 if memory serves ne right.
But it's been nicely finished and the center extension plates on the bonnet and boot very nicely blended.
What have you done to stop the back axle tramping with all that power?
I've a soft spot for the Morris as my first car was a 1950 Morris with a very hot 1100 A Series engine.

Yep it's a cross breed, but your wrong about the rear window they were smaller with the split screen, everything from bonnet back is '63(not the driver!)
Also I've had a moggie fetish for years, this car is my DREAM car you can forget your ferrari's etc, just need a little more power!
the jag axle has two tie bars, LSD and adjustable AVO's which stop the tramping

Some facts that you may have heard before
It was also originally desined for a V8 but they went for the 850 sidevalve first then the overhead valve engines.
Morris was making the Minor and it was tooled already.
The test cars were a bit unstable and so they decided they should cut it in half and add 4 inches to the width.
That is why the old bumpers had a bolt in center section front and rear and likewise why the bonnet and boot have the raised pannels - to cover the Cut and Shut!
