I thought a lot of people used SU's on bigger engines without probs, if they are a bit small you could find some 2" ones- I think some Jags used them...

This is very easy.

At that takeoff between carb and blower install a vacuum gauge. If you are registering large amouhnts of vacuum at WOT, then the carbs are a restriction. If there is little-no vac pulled...they arent.

Hi Sorry for the late reply have been using the car great fun but still no boost above .1. I have measured the pulleys and I have a 3" at the charger and 6" on the crank. Being an auto and an off road car it doesnt realy go above 5K revs so was thinking of upping the ratio anyone know where I can get pulleys? I checked the vacc before the supercharger and at WOT itis vurtualy zero so carbs are not a restriction.

I'd still say its an issue with where your gauges is taken from, or the gauge itself.

I thought guage but I have tested it and its fine. Will have time to have another look shortly. i does seem strange in flys up to 0 to .1 then stops
