Spraying easy start around the intake and listening for engine rpm rise is a good way to check for leaks
If you swap lambda sensors side to side, it's still the same bank ?
Extreme idea....swap 4 injectors side-side ?
Pressure drop along fuel rail?

There's a couple of places on the inlet manifold I can't easily get to with easy start. It's non-standard - a single cylinder tract leaking might explain the symptoms - the lambda would then average to being "slightly wrong" over 4 cylinders when it's really 1 being a lot wrong.
The lean side is always the even bank, no matter what lambda sensor I put in.
I haven't swapped the injectors, but it's the sort of thing that's easy when I'm taking stuff apart.
