Cylinder Head Work

I have come across a company called Quality Enginered Products (QEP) in West Sussex who amongst other things who appear to do high quality work at very reasonable prices, for example a pair of rover heads with new guides, exhaust seats new exhast valves ,inlets re-cut and ground and a skim, including 3 angle valve job for £376.00 per pair. They certainly seem to have all the right kit to do quality work.

I have no exprience of this company, anyone heard of them or know what their work is like? I was thinking of talking to them about my Buick 300 aly heads which will need new hardened Ex. seats and probably guides and I would like to increase the Ex. valves to 1.4" the Inlets are 1.72" so are probably big enough for my use.
