If you're talking about a std Rover production crank yhen the answer is yes (and 4.0s have 4.0 cast in funnily enough).
If my memory is correct I think the early prototype cranks were marked 4.5 though - the engine was originally going to be called a 4.5 but then was changed (for marking purposes?) to 4.6 - exactly the same 4552cc capacity though.
