I may be wrong, but what I think you are looking for is an Interim Cover which was fitted to engines that had the crank driven oil pumps but retained the distributor.
I'm not sure if it was a serpentine or V belt cover, though.
Yes, He said he was changing the camshaft. I used a 4.2 factory cam for mine.
The interim cover from a 96-97 Disco with crank driven oil pump and cam driven distributor has a serpentine belt.
