No, but they have a floating CV joint at both ends, so are considered to be pretty lousy by those in the know.

Tell me about it, I have a modified TR7 item currently fitted and it has a nasty vibration around 50-60 mph.

I was thinking about buying a new one from Rimmers to make another. If it is no good, does anyone know which donor car would have suitable propshaft flanges to match LT77 box and SD1 diff ?

Take it to a decent prop guy and he will make it up from all new parts, there the same mounting flange as jaguar stuff adn they seem to keep them as a "stock" part they even have the sliding joint assemblies
So thats where it went !

It seems most BL / Land Rover / Freight Rover stuff shares flanges. There are some variations though, but only about 3 that I am aware of.....
