Yes Ian I saw that you had to use real name.
Might be a moot point as I've just heard from real steel that someone has beat me to the 351 cut out they had advertised...
Don't suppose you know anyone selling a 351 block or engine do you?

Help. Pics Needed
My Hotwire plenum had a load of cruise-control gubbins that was getting in the way of my intake hose so I removed it all.
Could someone possibly show me some pics of the simplest possible throttle cable setup with least amount of parts?
Thanks.

It's definately not the gauge as I've just learned this morning it pressurised so much it blew a hose off! I just don't get it. I always thought if it was pressurising that bad it must either be a head gasket or slipped liner, but there would be evidence of hydrocarbons if that was the case? Can't c...

Update. New rad fitted. All put back together and carefully filled system with coolant. Ran engine for a few minutes and got a big belch of air. Topped up with more coolant. Things seemed to be fine. Felt radiator and noticed now that it was same temp all over. Eureka I thought. Nope. Temp soon went...

Dave - it's an interesting point you make as the Audi rad we had didn't have a cap on it. Which I don't think helps at all. The radiator I'm looking at just now is for a 1.8TD fiesta. The inlet/outlet is on the same side which I need. It also has a cap on it :) Stevie - I will be sure to run with no...

Yeah I know most of the regulars on here are well down south Perry  Ian that's quite a coincidence as I was in Dumfries last week! I'm feeling better now and the plan of action is to get a replacement radiator and go from there. I'm going to work from the premise that it maybe had a very stubbo...

Guys. Sorry for not replying before now. I've been a bit ill lately. Thanks for all the responses! Boy it would be great if some of you could come and help me. I'd love to be able to put some faces to names, but alas I reckon I'm way too far away from you :( I'm in Kilmarnock, Scotland. I fancy all ...
