MGB V8 from trackside

I have had so many engine problems this year! was glad to get back on track last Saturday with Lotus on Track.
Engine is now 4.8 with standard 4.6 crank and forged 96mm pistons. Now also running a Davies craig EWP. 336bhp with a big improvement to mid range power.

Forgot to add, nothing overtook me all day. Not bad for a 42 year old car up against some very nice loti.

Engine sounds great and the car is certainly quick, considering the track looked a little damp it seems to stick very well.

Not at all suprised no one over took you, a display of very smooth, tidy (and fast) driving there, seriously consistant lap after lap. The guy in that blue lotus has to be one very pi$$ed off chappy you went past him like he was parking it
