i have no clue were to post this , so i will ask it here. iv got to do a sva with this and i think vosa will need paper work or evidence of age how can can i find this out with the engine number? thanks

im already there mate, its not the sva stuff i need its history of my engine and proof of age, i think is going to be needed, as they set the limits at the sva by the age..thanks all the same ,

Hi Dodger,
Would be worth popping over to Britchopper and having a look around there. There's lots of info on MSVA and the docs, posts from folks who've been through MSVA etc etc.

iv got to have proof of owner ship. as well, i dont know who bmiht is so i iwll google it. thanks

http://www.bmiht.co.uk/ is where all the records from Rover / BL etc went.

Proof of ownership is a bit harder!, maybe a receipt from who you bought it from?
