whats it worth?

Hi guys and girls... have been thinking of selling up my granada project due to lack of time and was wondering what the engine would be worth..
It is a full V8 developments lump.
4.6 litre
stage 3 heads
eddy 500 carb
mallory dizzy
kent fast road cam
SD1 front end
The engine has already been dyno run in. apart from being sat in the car, it has been run up to temp periodically.
