Rover v8 rockers - fitting

I'm fitting my 4.6 into my MGB for the first time and I seem to remember reading that the rocker shafts are handed. But they seem to fit both ways. Can someone give me fools guide to how they fit please?

The oil holes that supplies each rocker with oil needs to be pointing towards the valley area.

Thanks very much for the response sidecar.
AH! is this what I remember reading somewhere? I can see that the rockers might go on the shaft either of the two ways round, so the oil hole under each rocker must be on the pushrod side?
So if the rocker assemblies meaning posts, shaft, rockers and springs are assembled correctly like this, each can be placed on either cylinder head?
Perhaps I should also ask for confirmation that the cylinder heads are interchangeable, please?
Sorry to be so ignorant but I need to be sure on this............

Most of the after market rocker shafts dont come with the notch on the end. So just make sure the oil holes in the shafts face down into the valley area.

Yep, the heads are interchangable, well they are on my engine, just make sure that the bolt holes for the alternator etc are all in the correct place.
The rocker posts and springs are all interchangeable, just make sure the holes in the rocker shafts are pointing the right way.
It is still best not to mix all of the posts, springs, rockers and other stuff up once its been used just because of the way stuff beds in.

Thanks guys!
This is the first engine rebuild I have done, its only been 18 months so far. Engine's in and connected to the back axle. I've just got to put the top of the engine on, with ignition and carb. and i'll be ready to start her up.
The thought terrifies me so no doubt I be back for more idiot level advice. Thanks again.
