Land Rover Series 1 V8

Hi. This is my pride and joy - a 1955 series 1 fitted with an early SD1 V8, FWHs, Series 2a gearbox, Fairey overdrive, series 3 axles and Range Rover diffs. She goes like a train, but stopping is often an anxious moment. She's not idea for off-roading, but goes well on a motorway. However, with petrol costing what it does, she doesn't get out as much as she should!
The engine was installed in 1979, so is quite an early example of a V8 conversion to a series 1.
I'm currently searching for a replacement water pump for her.
