Just how good is this man behind the wheel?
I just wish he could keep it in the tracks on th WRC circuit.
He would then be a real force to be reckoned with.

I agree

No feel for the mechanicals - how often is is bouncing off the rev limiter?
Hr hits the wals at least 3 times in the vid andhe has had many other attempts as seen by tyre marks
And he could not do the business on a rally

No doubthe has some car control butput him up against a Swede rally driver and hell be 2nd

Don't get me wrong I think he is awesome and if you have seen some of his other vids then you will again see loads of tyre marks.
I doubt very much that any one of us on here could even come close to his skills but pretty much all of the vids show him in fairly open spaces and this is why I think he has had a rough start to his WRC career where the stages are much narrower and far less forgiving.
I wonder if he could chuck my works vans around like that

Ken Block is a fully supported ford fiesta WRC works driver and he is defiantly a talent to watch

Been watching Ken Blocks vids for a while now and I agree, he's clearly got skills and is very precise, but it makes me sad that he doesn't seem to have any mechanical sympathy, say like Jenson Button. Or, for want of a better word, the 'soul' of a proper driver, I'm thinking like Vatenen or Moss. Stunt driving on tarmac is entertaining and all well and good, and will get you 27 million views on youtube to help promote your brand (Block owns DC shoes amongst others) but it's far from being a 'great' driver. oh and I bet the park officials weren't best pleased with him wrecking their pit straight by doing donuts on the rims either! :( That said, it'd probably just jealousy speaking, I'd love to be that good!
