New Rover Number prefix for you

My Marcos Mantula is one of the early 3.9Efi ones, and the factory sold the complete car, including engine, as component parts for assembly in 1991. By 1992 they had swapped to all factory built cars. It seems they had their own number series as the number is 46A00058A (its probably identical in all respect to the 47A number series used in the 3.9 Morgan).
Marcos later used larger Rover engines, so there may be some more number series missing from your list.
