Hi guys I'm back, here's what I found, I would like to add some pictures, do I just cut and paste them in, is there any instructions for newbies how too' for this forum.

You just type [ img ]
http://link.to.your.image.website/filename.jpg [ /img ]
without the spaces in the [ img ] bits.
You need the pictures hosted elsewhere.

Thank's Chris unfortunatly i am a bit vague in http area.
Do i need my own Web site to store these photo's can you explain a bit further please.

Set yourself up an account, upload your photos and then you can share using various options.
