Does anyone have a dwg or dxf of the ports on a rover v8? I am making some new headers and need to get a set of flanges laser cut. Even an acurate drawing will do :)

Is there a one piece one? But if my recent experience of inlet ones is to go by, you'd do better drawing it out freehand. ;-)

I've certainly got DXF of the manifold gaskets, can't recall if I have some joined together for manifold flanges?

Speak to Ralph. He'll cut anything you need, and the waterjet really does a fantastic job.

You can buy RV8 exhaust flangeson Ebay. I got some last year. They are thick and will be good to bore out as required.

Anyone got ralfs user name?
I want one-piece items as last set were seperate, lined up nicely when new, took them off after engine change and had moved miles when i rebolted them back on, by like 1/2 inch !!

They are not symmetrical you have to fit them in the correct orientation whether single or dual port gaskets. The 1/2" seems to suggest you just fitted them the wrong way round?

Thanks for the link ian, they were defo on the rite way round, they were headers so only went on one way, lined up fine when new, just seamed after they got hot they moved. I just no when i changed motors i bolted them on when motor was on engine stand and front two pipes had to be levered forward to get them to line up, odd i know.
