Lt77 with short sherpa remote

I have a rebuilt LT77 and want to use a sherpa short remote the remote only bolts on at an angle sloping down from left to right (looking from the back) is this right any info or diagrams would be much appreciated.

This is a pic of the gearbox in my LDV V8 van, it is a R5-150, which I believe is a heavy duty version of the LT77, but basically the same box. Hope it helps.

P.S. just had a look at the gearlver, it is quite a way from the driver seat and leans from left (bottom) to right as you would expect from looking at the angle of the remote. Will not be an issue with a shorter gearlever though, the van one is very long!

yep, its at an angle, I think you can, if needed, use sdi remote brackets to mount it square, or even make your own

do you no the bush for the selector do you no any were that would sell the bush mines a bit sloppy and making gear changes not so good .

You should be able to get a bush from a commercial vehicle suppliers.
I got one some years ago for a friend and it did'nt cost the earth.
