I know that an adhesive/sealant should be used on the dipstick tube on fitting to block. Can anyone remember what?

I very rarely use anything but if I do its just a blob of RTV just before the swage on the tube.

Locktite retainer or bearing fit, make sure it is bolted near the top as they do fracture where they go into the block if not secured
