help with hotwire injectors not firing

hello everyone,
I just fitted a hotwire injection system to my engine and for some reason the injectors are not firing,anybody have a clue what could be causing this,

Welcome to the forum,
I know this sounds silly,
but are all the relays ok???
and have you fitted the white/black wire to the negative side of the coil???

Check you have 12v at each bank of injectors if not you have a supply problem.
Is the fuel pump running?
Do you have a spark, no spark = no injection as the timing is taken from there.
Have you connected the ECU to the - side of the coil properly?
Give us as much information on what is and what isn't working as you can as it makes giving a specific solution much easier.

lol,it was the relay,injectors are firing now
iv flooded it now though so i still not got it started,wil give it a go tommorrow,
