Valve spring rates

Does anyone know the rated pressures, at installed height and at full lift for the early Rover dual spring and for the SD1 single spring as standard? Thanks

Hi,
For the duel springs 70lbs of seated pressure & 165lbs @ 0.390 lift.
For the single springs 75 lbs seated pressure, 165-170 @ 0.390 lift & 185-190 @ 0.430 lift

Perfect Ged, thanks for that. Reason for the question is to find a spring for the relief plate on the blower manifold. After a dropped valve the existing springs had collapsed to the point of being almost solid. Last time out it poured raw fuel from the exhaust at the top of each gear so I suspect the plate wasn't seating properly, now combing the garage for a slightly better spring. Thanks again.
