How can I convert my 4 wheel drive range rover box into a 2 wheel drive box for my Rover P6. (5 speed)?

Either :-

1) sell the four wheel drive unit to someone and buy a two wheel drive box,

Or

2) change the mainshaft and the rear casing for two whell drive form - you'll also need the rear drive flange oilseal and bearing, plus a gearshift housing and its internals.

Option 1 really is the easier and probably cheaper route.
