14CUX ECU - Please Help Identify my Chip

Morning all,
I'm still a bit of a V8 newbie so please bear with me...
I'm currently in the middle of fitting a fully re-built 3.9 (standard Range Rover spec) on Hotwire into my Land Rover Lightweight.
The ECU which I have acquired for this setup appears to have already been tinkered with! Could anyone please identify the chip's origin and advise as to whether this will work ok in a Landy with a standard spec 3.9?
The hand-written label on the chip reads "4.3 TVR 234101"
Would this be a standard TVR chip or an aftermarket item?
Thanks in advance,
Steve.
