Hi All,

i`m trying to get the parts i may need to fit the supercharger ive got.i can get my head around fitting the blower and getting the pulley etc, BUT

i need some guidance on the fuel injection side.

1 Seem to be heading toward the trigger wheels set up ,full KIT?
2. best boost level to start at?
3. what type and size injectors will i need?, need to machine manifold to fit them in.

Engine is 3.9 4 litre heads , standard cam but will change that when i fit the supercharger

http://www.bgsoflex.com/pwcomp.html for injector calculator or a very simple one http://www.boosttown.com/engine/fuel_in ... ulator.php or Google. What manifold are you using? If its hotwire then you dont need to machine anything as it takes standard bodies injectors. The body size doesn't change with the flow rate. If its flapper then you have problems.

Hi,

it will a 250bhp approx , for a 3.9 with super charger as a guess

according to the calculator it should be 173.61 cm3 ,does that sound about right? according the the calculator 200cm3 seems better for the bhp increase

i have lower JWR inlet manifold ,what has been machined down level to mount the m112 charger off. i will add the bosses for the injectors when i find the correct measurements for the boss`s.

i will run it with a trigger wheels kit

No sure if this helps at all

I was running std lucas green 185cc @ 2.5 bar with 270bhp then added supercharger (3psi) and changed to 214cc low imp @ 3bar and was showing 314bhp.

Have just increased boot to 6psi and ugraded injectors 300cc but not had it remapped yet.

The Bosch 214cc injectors have done less than 100 miles and I also have another brand new set that will be going up for sale shortly.
