ARP sizes please

Hi, I am looking into getting some studs made up for me to experiment with and I understand that ARP studs could all have a few mm more thread (on the block side) which would help align the studs better and reduce the risk of pulling the threads out when they are torqued up. Does anyone know how much extra thread they could have? Also can someone tell me the lengths of the studs and how much thread is on each end? Only interested in 10 per head and assuming they are 7/16 unf on top and unc on bottom?
Will be looking into the main cap bolts too so sizes would be handy, Des says you can get 10mm more thread in the mains...
