Hello,
Someone knows if there is an reference for this pipe
Mine is broken

Why not phone Rimmer Brothers and ask them. It's their diagram so they should know.
Just ask them if they have a replacement dizzy vacuum plenum insert pipe for the plenum.

We checked with my local LR dealer in parts catalogue and it seems this part is not sold separetely. Sent email to Rimmerbros but no reply.
Eliot if ever by chance you have one vacuum pipe tell me. thank for your help

I'm not sure i can remove it without destroying it.
What about some model steam pipe:

1/16" or 1/8" will do it, if you drill it out, conversion into metric:

What about a trip to a model car/aircraft shop, they sell all sorts of alloy, brass or steel tubing in all sorts of diameters...

That's not a bad idea.
The pipe is removable and a good tight frictin fit will be fine. Looking at the rearmost section of the plenum where the vacuum pipe is for the fuel pressure regulator hose connection is on mine, a suitable tube regardless of the flaring would do fine.
In fact, why not fit a new pipe and angle it at 90° rotated in the direction of the dizzy. No chance of kink in the vacuum hose then.
That gives me an idea for mine. Cool.

He's in belgium, so a trip up to lake bros. isn't feasable. Hence ebay approach.

Or an old bicycle valve with the end cut off gives a nice small tube

bit of brake pipe epoxied in the hole will work wonders, you could even thread and tap it in if you wanted.

I agree on the tap bit - hence my suggestion of the old style bicycle valve
That way you get a threaded portion and a bit to push the pipe on - even has a "kink" if you want to lock wire the tube in place
