Is the firing order OK?
1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, going clockwise around the cap.

leads are on all the right ones, so far ive changed dizzy cap ,plug leads and plugs, this problem started alittle while ago ,driving doown the road and it suddenly started to run rough, fuel is getting through ok, and ive checked all the earth leads, plugs are sparking, but it still doesnt fire,

Had a backfire recently? if so it will have either blown a big hole in your manifold piping somewhere or blown the c**p out of your AFM. Otherwise it could be plugs/ plug leads (need a new set plugs every 3k and a set of good plugleads every 6k miles) when I had LPG or it started playing up if you didnt change things this often (I don't know what you mean by a little while ago).
Is it a real dissy cap or a pattern one? is it the right cap?
Otherwise it is in "limp home mode" on the pertol and the mixture is so rich it won't start in what passes for warm weather and its killed the plugs.

it started about 6 weeks back, ive changed plugs and leads and the dizzy cap is the same as the ones on it before, when you put the pedal down to quick it cuts out,

I would look and see if the ECU is in limp home mode, It fouls the plugs so quickly on petrol that the set you changed are probably trashed already. Mine went like this over about 4k miles, it is why I hate the stuff (LPG). From my exeriance I would check the ECU, MAF and all sensors are working properly on petrol with all the LPG stuff disconnected get it working really well on petrol. Then put the LPG kit back on and set up the ignition advance stuff and get it working on the LPG.
Oh just had a horid thought, I filled up once from a garage where the LPG was contaminated with water

it got worse and worse eventually it ran like a complete hound on LPG and kept sticking the ECU in limp home mode.... getting it all flushed and cleaned cost £140 ish in filters and £250 in labour (and the loss of 150 litres of LPG, I had a twin tank set up) I hope that hasn't happened here.
