ZF HP22 to ROVER V8

hi i bee offerd a zf hp22 box would this be a worthwile swap, has anyone done it regards paul
I've got a 4wheeldrive one in my Landie, and a 2wd one in my Sherpa.
It's a great box IMHO.
Much more solid than the LT77 or R380.
