only bolts i have are for an auto so they are short allen head ones,

i have been tryign to buy some froma fasteners, only ones i can get are 8.8 and have no shank,

would they usually have a shank? guessing they should be 12.9 grade?

also does anyone know how long the manuel ones are?my flywheel is 7mm thick and the spacer is 8mm thick, would normal manuel V8 bolts go through both? guessing they might be available from V8 developments etc?

neither they are imperial the the grades you have quoted are metric. You can buy the proper ones from http://www.v8tuner.co.uk/product.php?id=338 in ARP form or http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/cgi-bin/rim ... e/flywheel for standard.

Just re-read and your using a spacer which might complicate things right enough. There might well be enough on standard bolts but I cant honestly remember.

the 8.8 and 12.9 was just the tensile stregth.

they are 7/16 UNF thread. cheers for the links, they are very over priced tho, if i can find them in a fastenings place they will be like £2 for 6!
