Its programmable so yes you can put it onto just about any engine you want from 1 cylinder up.

depends what code you want to run if that's any use to you. Not sure what the MS2 all does. Alternative is
http://www.extraefi.co.uk/products.htm uk based so better support Philip is also a member of this forum. Another alternative is VEMS which another member Richard can help you out with or

Hi
markmills2000uk,
I'd say that'll run your RV8 just fine. Two things worth looking at though: a wideband O2 (lambda) sensor to help fine-tune those maps, and it would be worth asking the seller about triggers and ignition control on your V6 if that's a future plan (fuel only is fairly easy, which is what the hotwire EFI does).
Thanks for the nod
katanaman - fwiw, we also sell the wbo2 gauges with voltage output so that other ECUs can use 'em. TechEdge is Aussie and Innovative also sell wideband controllers, but ours does more stuff.
Cheers,
Rich

thats what I mean by what code he wants to run as in if he wanted full ignition the ebay one isnt going to do it as is. As more engines are digital ignition now it isnt as future proof.

I would not contemplate buying MS in any of it's guises from the US, speak to Bill Shurvington and/or Philip Ringwood here in the UK. Local knowledge and support is very useful.
The e-bay item shown will control fuel and ignition as is, but you would be better to discuss your requirements with the people above who will be aware of current and near-future capabilities.

That's Philip's site I posted above.
Just to make things clear since you look to me to be a novice at EFI, the MS in the states will control ignition but only via a dizzy I.E one coil so for a rover it will do the job. The ones that Philip makes can be supplied to run up to a V12 without a dizzy on wasted spark. Worth considering if your possibly going to change the engine as like I said before more modern engines don't have dizzy's so it leaves the field open to you. The Vems as Richard states comes fully loaded with mullty coil support as well as wideband support all of which are add ons to the MS. This is aimed at Mark by the way not jw.
