Hi guys,
The guy at LPG-Kits is a nightmare. He really is a total tosser. The published telephone number is never answered and believe me I tried loads of times. Email contact is really terrible.
His attitude towards customers is shockingly poor.
He is stating that his kits are compatible with all sorts of engines and talking to LPG experts they are stating clearly that he is talking crap.
By my experiences he is the sort of guy that would try and run his grannies zimmer frame on LPG if he thought it would bring in a few quid.
As is the common thread on the LPG forums - AVOID LPG-KITS at ALL costs.
There are other companies that do a much better service.
Just had to let you lads know what my experience of this loser of a company was.

Would this be the Vogas kit you're having problems with?
As I was considering buying one....

Hi G,
Not so much a Vogas system but the whole thing of the experience trying to get through to the sodding company.
Loads of calls, loads of emails and nothing but hostile replies and then being told I was calling at the wrong times - oh yeah, that will be the times when the company were publishing their operating hours !
The threads on various LPG forums are simple - Avoid this rude guy with a hostile attitude.

That a-hole wanted to charge me 15 quid to replace the software CD I lost for the LPG interface (BiGas SGIS) - LIke I'll be paying that for a 5p CD-R and some software that he doesn't actually own the copyright to.
I got it off another (friendlier) source!
I buy all my LPG gear from Tinley now. Service has been superb every time. Not the cheapest, but I value the service.

It seems that the consensus is that Tinley Tech are streaks ahead from the halfwit.
We need to ensure that peeps online in here are aware that it is best to avoid those who seek to deal with this idiot.
Customer service is sometimes way way more important than price.
Glad you have got your gear from a good source.
